Which four guests would I invite?
Madonna, Nigella, my husband & me. Anymore than 2 celebs in the same room and I would be afraid celeb egos would take over what could be natural and easy conversation.
Where is dinner?
On the balcony of my dream house (of course!) on Sydney harbour. I would choose late October for the date – it’s perfect for outside entertaining, not too hot, not too cold.
What are the conversation topics?
I’m not quite sure. Possibly questions around feelings on their current fame, and their past struggles. I’m sure these 2 amazing women would make interesting conversation on any topic.
What’s on the menu?
Madonna would have to put aside her macrobiotic diet for the evening or bring her own. The rest of us would dine on amazing fresh Australian produce: Fresh Pacific salty prawns, Australian Wagyu beef, yummy char grilled vegies, delicious fresh fruit….and something smooth and cold for dessert, like a silky lemon cream.
Who would you sit beside?
My husband, to ensure I get a great view of my guests!
Who would be the last to leave?
I think Nigella. I imagine her to be the kind of guest who would hang around and help with the washing up.
Who’s the fussiest eater?
Without a doubt…the material girl herself.
Who would you keep separated?
No one.

Great article Amy …. not only would Nigella be last to leave, she would sneak back in and raid your fridge for a midnight snack!
I love this Amy! I can so imagine Madonna sitting there with her byo macrobiotic food with Nigella offering her to taste test everything from the saucpan before it hits the table.
I love this….. Amy, you are hilarious. I love that Nigella has stayed for the washing up. She is so our kinda girl.
